Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass zippy, small head. Starts mild, malty, more and more spicy. Well balanced finish, might sourish hints. Quite drinkable. Not bad!

Bottle. Pale golden, white head. Light sour hayish malt base, light herbal moppy hop counterpoint, some minerals. Medium light, slightly flat mouthfeel. Not exiting.

Tap@ Black door. Pours amber color with a thick white head. Aroma has grainy malts, some buttery notes, hint of apples... Flavor has grains, sweetness, hops and mild green apple notes. Drinkability is good though.

Butelka: Golden, visible carbonation, abit unclear, stable creamy off-white head; juicy grainy-malty nose, some strawy to herbal hops detectable; relatively dry sweet-bitter flavour, very light bodied, at least soft; mild but distinctive bitter and grainy finish. All in all an unexpectedly pleasant brew…

Malty-mouldy nose. Metallic-strange beginning. Smooth, not too deep. Strange bitter-malty aftertaste, grainy, strange. Mouldy-strange.

(swing top bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a blond mid-sized foamy head. Doughy and slightly grainy malty aroma with a shy hoppy touch. Sweet and restrained bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Slightly grainy malt character with notes of biscuits and traces of herbal hoppy spice in the background; slightly honey-ish sweet malty finish. Easy-going session Lager. 06.XI.14
