Tap at William IV. Keg I think. Pale hazy blond, small off-white bubbly head. Aroma is strong, b.o. hops, resinous, ultra grapefruity. Taste is similar, very bitter grapefruit, bit sweaty, and quite spiky. Haven't had a beer like this for a while, so nice refresher. Bit biscuity, slight spice. Further down but more tropical fruit once you get past the bitterness. Bit of mango and pineapple.

Nice creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is fresh citrusy, citrus peel, leafs, fresh hops, lawn, grapefruit, sap, dried fruits. Taste is slightly dry grassy, leafs, lawn, sweaty cheese, hay, weeds, shed, sap, paper, hops. Medium to longlasting bitterness, dry mouthfeel. Fair enough, kind of strange.

On tap at Bacchus, Newcastle. Hazy gold with lacing white head. Nose is Ok, heavy lemon rind, soap, malt, herbs. Flavor straightens out, lemon, orange, grass, pine, soap, mild grist, a little candy. Finishes dry and a touch tannic.

Keg at the hanging bat. Pours clear golden, nose is malty toffee, passionfruit, taste is similar, sweet.

Tap. Tapped, Leeds. Clear, amber colour. Sturdy halo of white head. Very pungent, verging on medicinal, hop. Pine resin, and a hint of smoke. Touch of oily herb. Taste is herby, oily bitter. Malty sweetness just balances out the hoppage. Smooth, full mouthfeel. Finishes, long, lightly smoked bitter.

Bottle from Ales by Mail. Gold pour with a white head. Bags of juicy fruit in the aroma- peach, mango etc. Soft fruit flavours. Good bitter tang. Tasty.

Keg from The Beerhive. Hazy golden body with a thin white head. No visible carbonation. Light lacing. Aroma of passionfruit, basil and grapefruit. Flavour of papaya, mango and passionfruit. Bitter, grassy finish. Medium body with an oily texture. Soft fizz. A tasty IPA.

330ml bottle. Slightly cloudy, amber colour with small to average, frothy, fairly lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Piney, hoppy aroma, some resin, a citrusy touch. Taste is bitter and piney hoppy, some resin, a herbal touch, some spiciness; super soft palate.
