50cl Fles van Getränke Seeshaupt. Troebel oranje-amber kleur, witte kraag. Zoet, fruitig, banaan, licht kruidig, fruitzuur, tarwe, licht alcoholisch, licht bitter. Vrij vlak van smaak, weinig ontwikkeling, iets aan de dunne kant. OK, maar geen topper.

Amber with a foamy head of modest duration. Yeasty, dank aroma with hints of toffee. Taste is a sweet-sour mix with the latter carrying the finish. Lingering apple vinegar sourness tempered by sweetness of the wheat malt. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, moderate chewy. Drinkable. Didn’t grow on me.

Flascherl: Cloudy, deep golden to light amber coloured, small and stable off-white foamy layer, moderate sweetish and mildly sourish, fruity and wheat-malty nose, presumably tart traces of necrotic yeast detectable; moderate sweet and mildly sourish flavour, medium bodied, a bit tart; shorter fruity and yeasty finish with a repeating yeasty tartness in the sftertaste. O.K., surely not really grest…

(bottle) Hazy, dark amber colour with a big and slightly off-white foamy head. Yeasty, moderately wheaty aroma with fruity accents of banana and citrus, as well as sades of caramel, clovy spice and alcohol. Moderately sweet and delicately sour flavour, medium bodied with a mildly spritzy carbonation. Present wheat character with traces of caramel and a touch of alcohol-soaked fruits and shy clovy phenols; moderately sweet, delicately bitter-tart and fruity finish, again with present alcoholic notes. Likeable, not great. 20.IX.15

Trübes orangegelbes Bier mit ordentlicher weißer Schaumkrone. Geruch sehr hefig fruchtig, reife Früchte, leicht bananig. Geschmack sehr fruchtig, hefig, leicht alkoholisch, Ester, minimal säuerlich.

[Thanks to kevnic2008]. Bottle. HAzy brown colour with a white head, good lasting. Aroma is light sweet with wheat and banana notes, some caramel. Flavor is wheaty, with a good maltiness, creamy, light sweet with fruity notes. The final is slightly bittery with citrus notes. Creamy and smooth on palate.

Pours dark amber with a nice creamy tan head. Smells of bananas and sweet malt. Tastes of wheat and sweet malt with a nice hint on the finish.
