En svært mørk russisk imperial stout, brygget med pilsnermalt, sjokolademalt, karamellmalt, røstet bygg og havre. Humlen er Northern Brewer og Chinook. Alegjær gjør dette brygget veldig tungt og fyldig.

Best before 01.25, buying it at Ingelheim, Strumpf Getränkmarkt. A hint of this imperial stout before to sleep tonight. Classical one, note of malt, oat, roasty malt, coffee, vanilla, full body, bitter at the final.

29/04/24 Aromat kawowy, palony, słonecznik Piana brązowa, opadająca, czarne nieprzejrzyste. Smak gorzki dość wytrawny, lekki słony. Nagazowanie średnie, ciało średnie, gładkie, lekko cierpkie. Alkohol lekko grzeje. Finisz kawa. Ogólnie piwo jest nawet dobre aczkolwiek brakuje mu jakiś ciekawszych smaczków

Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso resta attratto dal caffè. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e la maniera in cui permane è sufficiente. Il mantello birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma inesistente. Il colore è come l'inchiostro nero. Il corpo è strutturato. Il dolce è medio in buon equilibrio con l'amaro medio. La forza gustativa è elevata e la permanenza è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è intenso e persistente. In bocca l'aroma è quello di miele, cioccolato, caffè, liquirizia e frutta secca.

Aroma of roasted malts, plenty of liquorice, chocolate, dark fruity notes, coffee. Flavour is moderate to medium sweet with a light to moderate bitter finish. Thick and full, alcohol is hidden relatively well. Overall a bit heavier on liquorice than I prefer, but still a good impie stout.
