Bottle at home, from La Cave a Bulles, 10th February 18. Pours fairy clear. Aroma is citrus pith and pine. Taste is bitter, hoppy, Pilsner comes through. Nice to have a bitter assertive IPA. Good.

330ml bottle from Chez Sophie. Pours clear gold, thin white head. Aroma of grapefruit, citrus, fruity. Taste has a similar profile, with distinct grapefruit and additional apricot / peach hints with a long satisfying bitterness. Good DIPA, confidently hoppy without taking it overboard.

Little hazy orange beer, big irregular creamy yellowish head, pretty stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: very fruity, passion fruit, pineapple, oranges, sweet caramel. MF: soft carbon, medium to full body. Taste: sweet malty start, caramel, pretty bitter, some citrus, resinous, passion fruit, honey. Aftertaste: very bitter, harsh, resinous, long lasting very bitter and dry finish, alcohol, some marmalade, bit medicinal, hint of pineapple. Interesting but very hard beer.

Golden with a white head - Good hop aroma that has fruity tones to it - Good malt body to support hops that has some resin and pine in it and ends bitter - The hops goes into the finish and ends up dry - This was nice

Bottle, at Haand Festival. A dense off-white head sits on top of an unclear, golden body. Fruity nose with pine cones, resin and a malty touch. There’s a nice bitterness in the flavor, dealing easily with the little malty sweetness. Resiny, piney hops and a good fruityness too in the flavor. Rather dry on the palate, full-bodied and nicely carbonated. Lasting fruity, bitter and dry finish. A tasteful and refreshing beer I wouldn’t mind repeating. 150529

Bouteille 750ml. Couleur orange brûlé trouble, mousse beige pâle crémeuse laissant une belle dentelle. Arôme d’ananas, touche d’alcool, malt, papaye. Goût d’ananas mûr, malt, houblon résineux, un peu sucré, papaye, bonne amertume. Carbonatation moyenne, corps moyen-dense.
