Unclear muddled amber with a creamy head. Sourdough, clove, lemon, grain. Malty sweetness, dry bitterness, some sourness. Medium bodied, oily texture, soft to low carbonated, dry malty sourish finish. Quite a dull uninspired Zwickelbier...

Moderat würzig-getreidiger Beginn mit blechernem Ton. Erhöhte Karbonisierung, die sowieso geringe Würzigkeit nimmt noch ab. Minimal hefig. 6/7/8/7/8/7

Bügelverschlußflasche: "Dirty"-golden, cloudy, quite stable off-white head with a little lace; sourish-yeasty nose, traces of pale-malt in the second row; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, light bodied, quite soft; sweetish-malty finish with a sparse amount of hops in the aftertaste. No glory....

(swing top bottle, directly from the brewery) Hazy, deep golden to light-amber colour with a big and blond foamy head. Slightly yeasty malty aroma with a touch of herbal hops and sweaty notes of barnyard. Moderately sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a soft and well-matured carbonation. Slightly yeasty malty taste with subtle fruity notes, herbal hops and a touch of barnyard; mildly sweet and hop bitter finish. Rounded and rural brew. 06.X.10

bottle, bought at the brewery (autumn 2006). Cloudy amber colour, large head. Fruity and pleasantly yeasty, well-rounded with a good portion of aromatic hops. Delicious.
