Bottle, 2010-01-17, Göteborg Good thx that they have change the lable! AR: begisch yeast, pear ice cream (päron split AP: apple purée (cloudy), wee diminshing white head F: same yeast as above, apple and peery tones, dry and sharp finish a bit odd ie not an ordinary beverage - you like or you disslike, I like! Sediment: as the rest but a bit more sour, still drinkable but would not add anything to the beer shaken in....

bottle pours golden, thick white head. Aroma is grainy with clear nose of buckwheat, yeasty, citrus. Taste, buckwheat grain had for a different grainy palate, light bitterness with some citronelle / citrus finish that was closer to a witbier.
