33cl bottle from Natuur, Antwerp. Thin creamy white head. Hazy light golden pour. Ok. Not my favourite style of beer.

Pale yellow colored, floaters, almost no white head, instantly gone. Aroma is like a very watery Wit, weak coriander, spice and orange peel, bit soury. Taste is low sweet wheat, coriander, some sugary notes, yeast, bit of orange peel, slight acidity. Light+ bodied, watery texture, fizzy. (bottle, Leireken Bistro, Steenhuffel, B)

Spelt beer in this series, intended to represent the ’witbier’ style but as a specialty grain, also tasted as Leireken Witte Spelt. Witbier-like with snow white, frothy head and golden blonde colour; fruity and yeasty, grainy, sweetish with the typical (but faint) spicy sourishness of spelt, weak citrussy touches. All in all a bit simple for this type of beer, but with a very high drinkability.

25 cl. bottle @ Bier Central // nice bottle & label, quite like it, the beer on the other hand is pretty terrible // pale golden with a patchy white head // smells like lemon cleaning agents, freaking bad lemonade and alternative grains, spelt I assume, bad as well is sugar and yeast or something // taste is disturbing, feels like I am drinking some cleaning agent, terrible alternative grains, incredibly chemical lemon, it is sweet as well, spices, corn, floral, yeast and some acid in the back // body is supposed to be light but not like an enjoyable way because of the taste, you know. bit less carb. // remainder was drank with tobasco, cut the taste somewhat and made it lightly spicy, too spicy to drink for some but more manageable for me // it is bad

Small soft bubbles form the white head of this beer. Beer tastes like the head. Fine beer for a nice warm day in the spring.
