Pale yellow colour, white head. Quite hoppy aroma, wheat, citrus, strong banana. Light bitter flavour, light sour, quite fruity. Finish citrus, banana.

Cloudy bright yellow beer, creamy white head, pretty stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: very fruity, lots of citrus first, then overripe banana, little bready, ripe melons. MF: lots of carbon, medium to light body. Taste: bitter start, grassy, bit lemony, hops, sourish, fruity noes, some grapefruit. Aftertaste: more of the same. Would never think of this as a saison.
