From tap at De Zaak, Utrecht. Aroma of fruits, floral notes, malt, apples, hoppy notes. Flavour is moderate sweet and moderate bitter. Body is medium. Pretty agreeable fruity floral beer.

Tap Burg Bierfeest 2013. Blonde. Coreander and citrus in the aroma (no spices, says the brewer, it is the yeast). Malty sweetish floral citric flavor. Slightly perfumed. Firm hopbitter finish.

On tap @ de Zaak, Utrecht. Clear light amber with a white head. Fruity aroma, some malts, some hops. Agreeable taste and finish. A nice housebeer that everyone can love. Still a nice beer though.

Tap @ de Zaak, medium sample. Hazy golden to amber color, medium head. Aroma of citrussy hop, bit malty, grassy, fruity. Soft bitter in taste, slight sweet caramel. Decent house beer.

Draft at De Zaak. Pours clear golden with a medium white head. Aroma of yeast, citrus, light weedy notes and light malt. Flavour is light to moderate sweet and bitter. Light medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Tap @ UBF13. Golden colour, white head. Nose is malty, light hoppy and yeasty. Flavour is light hoppy, yeasty, bit of caramel malts. Finish is slightly sweet.

Tap @ UBF ’13. Blonde to orange color. Aroma is somewhat stale, dusty, wet leaves/vegetables. Retronasal there is fruit, caramel, some acidity from the hops. Flavor is caramel, medium sweet, medium bitter. Body is medium. Finishes medium bitter with some caramel. Finishes better than it starts.

Draught @ UBF. Clear yellow color, small to medium sized white head. Smell and taste malts, a bit cheesy, yeast and lightly Belgian hops. Average body and carbonation.

On tap at Sallands. Thin white head. Clear light amber pour. hoppy aftertaste. Needs more co2 said the brewer. So I will rerate this.

On tap at In de Wildeman. Slightly hazy deep golden colour, off white head. Aroma is slightly sweet, malty, bread, light honey, floral hops. Flavour is malty, light sweet bread, light flowery, firm bitter light grassy hoppy and malty finish that lingers a bit. Light to medium bodied. Nice.
