We love Wit beers (belgian wheat beers) and we also love to experiment. In this creation we have tried to combine these two passions of us. We have brought together the rude raw wheat from Alava (Gary) and the svelte Euskolabel honey (Esti). This unusual relation results in a very delicate beer to kill the thirst and enjoy.

Biziki maite ditugu Wit estiloko garagardoak (garizko garagardoa belgiarrak) esperimentatzea biziki maite dugun bezainbeste. Sormen honetan gure bi pasio hauek uztartzen saiatu gara. Arabako Gary gordin zakarra eta Euskolabel Esti liraina elkartu ditugu. Ezohiko harreman honen emaitza egarria asetzeko eta gozatzeko garagardo fina da.

(bottle, 33cl, gusher, cronecap went into my left eye area) Cloudy, pale golden colour with a big, collapsing foamy white head. Yeasty, wheat-malty and mildly citrus-fruity aroma with notes of bubblegum, traces of honey and spicy hints. Moderately sweet and delicately sour flavour, light to medium bodied with a lively carbonation. Yeasty, slightly bubblegummy wheaty taste with notes of flowers, honey and a mildly spicy edge; moderately sweet and slightly acidic honey-fruity and delicately peppery finish. Okay, but I hope I won´t develop a black eye on the left side within the next days. 24.II.16
