Bottle at home. Aroma is hops, malt biscuit, grapefruit, pine resin, hint of floral/perfumed, some strange vegetable. Flavour is light to moderate sweet and heavily bitter. Body is medium. Decent IPA, nicely bitter, but I’m not fond of the weird vegetable in the aroma.

Amber colored beer with medium head. Aroma includes tropical fruits, some iron, High bitterness, low sweetness. Light to medium body, medium carbonation.

Bottle @ home. Clear orange color, medium to full sized white to off-white head that lasts for a decent while. Aroma is malts and lovely hoppy, nice and fresh. Taste malts, hops, bitter hops, lightly fruity and a nice bitterness that lingers for quite a while. Medium body and carbonation. Very nice.

Hazy amber beer, good cream colour head. Palate is smooth and fairly dry, good fine carbonation. Smooth but slightly dry malts, modest creamy sweetness. Hops are a little juicy orange and marmalade, Floral bitterness in to bitter citric peel and pith. Whisper of lemon. Smooth dry finish. Bitter floral linger. Not bad but lacks the hop fruit presence of the other Doctor Brew IPAs I’ve had.

Barwa ciemnozłota, zamglone, biała piana, dość drobna, dość obfita, nieco koronkuje. W aromacie trochę iglaków i żywic, trochę też siarki, kojarzącej się właśnie ze smażoną cebulą, lub szczypiorkiem, ale delikatnie, nie jest to ordynarny zapach. W smaku tradycyjnie już spora podbudowa słodowa, ze średnią, przyjemną goryczką, minimalnie może zalegającą, głównie żywiczną, trochę iglastą. Wysycenie w normie, ciało też, niezła pijalność. Nie było "ataku cebuli", choć dało się ją wyczuć, ogólnie bardzo przyjemne, kolejny przyzwoity single hop.

50cl bottle. Pours almost clear deep amber colour with a mid-sized most good lasting off-white head. Aroma of citrus, toasted malt, some resins. Taste of intense bitter hops, citrus, some coconut, caramel, good one!

Butelka 0.5l (16.03.2016). Piwo delikatnie mgliste o bursztynowej barwie, niezbyt obfitej i mało trwałej pianie w kolorze ecru ale za to z dość ładnym lacingiem. Aromat wyraźny, dość intensywny, słodkawy z nutami lasu, owoców tropikalnych, cebuli i czosnku brak choc czuc pewna ziolowość od chmielu. W smaku jest dość wysoka goryczka o ziołowym charakterze, dość krótka i ciut ściągajaca z jednej strony i mocna słodycz owoców tropikalnych w słodowej kontrze z długim, leciutko zalepiającym, słodkim posmakiem z drugiej. Piwo mimo wysokiej słodyczy jest całkiem pijalne i razem z goryczką tworzy niezły balans przyjemnie zalegając na podniebieniu.
