Bottle at home. Aroma is malt, sweet ripe fruits, ripe orange, sugar, light floral, some yeasty and spicy notes. Has a candy-like sweetness with a little bitterness in the finish. Medium bodied. An okay Tripel, bit too sweet I’d say.

Bottle 0,33ltr: Hazy orange colored brew with an very unblanced taste, to sweet and to herbal it don’t balanced anywhere. But they are new, i look out for any the improvements in the near future.

Bottle. Deep golden color, hazy. Herbal, estery aroma with coreander. Malty yet fairly dry, estery alcoholic flavor with orange and coreander. Fairly tasty, but not world shocking tripel.

Bottle [THT 23-12-2016. Since the label says batches may differ because they will be brewing different tripels, but under this same name, perhaps by noting the THT-date it’s possible to know which batch it was.] @ home. Clear lightly rusty orange color, full sizde white to off-white head that lasts for a long time. Aroma is light to moderately malty, quite fruity, a hint of yeast. Tastes moderately malty, slightly yeast, lightly a touch of grains, again quite fruity for an abbey tripel imo, and perhaps even a distant hint of hop. A light to moderately sweet finish, but not too much, so it’s a pretty decent harmony with the subtle underlying bitterness. I must say, I quite like this one. Too bad they’re changing this recepy around with their ’recepy roulette’ as they apparently call it.

33cl Bottle from Sterk Avondverkoop. Hazy golden colour, white head. Aroma of nutty yeast, esters, glue, alcohol, melon, rotting fruit. Flavour is nasty bitter, yeasty, overripe fruit, some unbalanced sweetness, sugar, ugly bitter finish, dry, herbal and yeasty. Medium-bodied. It’s certainly not "intensely soft, malty, and perfectly balanced" as they claim.
