From tap at In De Wildeman, Amsterdam. Aroma is lightly tartish fruits and light malty. Flavour is lightly tart and slightly sourish with a little bitterness in the finish. Body is almost medium. Very crisp and refreshing, lightly tart, a pleasant surprise!

(Draught at In De Wildeman, Amsterdam, 14 Sep 2016) Amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Malty, fruity nose with citrus, grapefruit, orange peel, crisp-bread and a touch of brett. Malty, fruity taste with notes of crisp-bread, rye, citrus, grapefruit, a touch of brett and a dry finish with a balanced citric bitterness. Medium body, quite dry. Tasty and well balanced, with a spicy yeast touch. Nice one.

De Wildeman Keg. Hazy amber beer, big pale cream colour head. Palate is light, semi dry and has modest fine carbonation. Very light malts. Light floralness, a touch perfumey. Modest orange citrus in to generic fruits. Lemony tang. Light dry finish. Inoffensive if a tad tedious.
