Many thanks to Erzengel for sharing! Pours clear light yellow colour. Aroma of sweet and ripe pears. Taste of sweet and ripe pears, some wood, very mild tartness.

Bottle sample thanks to Erzengel, many thanks! Pours very pale yellow. Beautiful aroma on pouring, lovely syrupy perry fruit. Taste is slick, lightly syrupy with the lightest natural sparkle. On the finish, additional myriad fruit and floral notes coming through with a subtle sour tannic nod. Interesting, characterful yet remaining quite light and breezy.

Great fruity nose with a subtle sweetness. The Perry starts highly carbonated, but soft. Round smooth ripe perry, very dry. Floral fruitiness, very fragile in aroma. Round and smooth with a long, perry-fruity but very dry aftertaste with lots of flowers and herbs. Great very light and fragile stuff!
