Bottle, 5.6%. Distinct coffee and chocolate aroma. Dark brown colour. Small frothy tan head. The flavour is very roasted with a vinous finish. Has a lot of roasted barley and also the citric roast barley bitterness that often comes with it. Very late coffee aftertaste.

Bottle, as Solid Robust Porter, 5.6%. Pours murky coffee brown with small light tan head. Clear aroma of roast, with notes of coffee, malt and yeast and touches of hops. Bitter, roasty flavour with notes of coffee and malt, and touches of yeast. Hints of hops and fruit. Roasty aftertaste with coffeelike notes. Well, a porter but I am not sure it is a robust one.

50cl bottle at PiwPaw, pours a muddy brown with some creamy, beige head. Nose is cool, very grainy, toasty, mild chocolate, mild coffee, rye bread. Flavor is chewy with grain, some black tea, dark bread crust, some mild cocoa powder. Finishes dry. Well done.

50cl bottle. Pours very dark reddish brown colour with a small beige head. Aroma of sweet roasted malt, vanilla, chocolate. Taste of roasted malt, chocolate, some coffee and vanilla, nice!

Barwa ciemna, piana ładnie zdobi szkło. W aromacie wyczuwalne nuty kawowe oraz lekka paloność. Smak to również przyjemna nuta kawowa oraz wyczuwalne kakao. Nasycenie na niskim poziomie, goryczka także. Przyjemny porter, nic odkrywczego.

Butelka 0.5l (22.08.2016). Barwa niemal czarna, beżowa piana, bardzo drobna o kremowej konsystencji, obfita, trwała z wyraźnym lacingiem. Aromat kawy, czekolady, paloności, prażonego ziarna w średnio intensywnym wydaniu. W miarę ogrzewania się piwa pojawia się wyraźna nuta orzechowa. Wytrawne w smaku z wyraźnym, kawowo-palonym charakterem i kwaskiem na finiszu. Goryczka niska o krótkim czasie trwania, bardzo leciutka. Lekkie w odczuciu ale nie wodniste, gładkie, pijalne. Fajne odczucie wytrawnej paloności podkreślone tylko delikatnym ciałem. Niezłe piwko, przyjemnie się pije, jest jednocześnie sesyjne i degustacyjne.

Rund malziger, sehr weicher Antrunk. Röstig, Noten von Bitterschokolade, die aber bis zum Ende im Hintergrund bleiben. Vollmundig, angenehm würzig. Intensiv malziger, dennoch frischer Nachhall. 12/11/12/11//12
