Süßes Dunkelmalz bildet zusammen mit leicht säuerlichen Noten einen schönen Einklang. Ganz minimale Röstmalz- und Kaffeenoten. Eine Nuance von mehr als überreifen Früchten schleicht manchmal kurz vorbei – stört aber nicht großartig. Für ein dunkles Weizen eher auf der süffigen, als auf der gehaltvollen Seite. Allerdings macht es die mehr als reichlich vorhandene Kohlensäure dann doch etwas sperrig.

Trübes orange braunes Bier mit mittelgroßen beigen Schaumkrone. Geruch phenolisch fruchtig, Karamell, Gewürze. Geschmack nach reifen dunklen Früchten, Karamell, Gewürze, Hefe.

Bottle. A hazy brown beer with a nice brown head. The aroma is sweet wheaty with a light touch of caramel. The flavor is sweet malty with primary notes of caramel, but also light notes of wheat. The body is a bit thin.

Bottle: Dark amber coloured, mid-sized off-white head; fruity and malty nose, a bit sourish, traces of cloves and bananas as usual, a tinge of liquorice; slightly sweetish flavour, short, a bit tart fruity finish. Average Weizen...............

Cloudz red-brown, big creamy lacing brown head. Citrus, clove and yeasty rye-bread aroma. Fullbodied chewy, minerally yeast, roast, ash and banana . Light bandaid in the finish - burned aftertaste.

Bottle. Sweet banana aroma - hints of peach and apple. Cola brown color - cloudy with ample tan head. Mild flavor - tart malt flavor with a metallic twinge - banana flavor just comes out at the finish. Definitely different from the average.
