50cl bottle. Pours hazy golden colour with a huge good lasting off-white head. Aroma of sweet banana, some spices and yeast. Taste of banana, spices, yeast, mild sourness, good for an alcohol free.

(bottle) Cloudy, orange-golden colour with a blond and tall foamy head. Yeasty, wheaty and mildly apricot- and citrus-fruity aroma with a mouldy, slightly clovy touch. Mildly sour flavour, light bodied with a moderate carbonation. Initially fruity and wheaty taste but with notes of cardboard; mildly sour-fruity and slightly papery malty finish. 28.IV.12
