Cask @ Bergen Ølfestival. Pours hazy brown with a creamy mocha head. Aroma is light sour with grainy malts and bread, as well as leather, wood and honey. Light body with no carbonation. Flavour is dark malts with grain, wood and leather, as well as notes of honey, caramel and heather.

Pours hazy brown with a small off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel, brett and dried fruits. Taste is light to medium sweet, light bitter and light sour. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat.

Cask, at Kristiansand Ølfestival. An uclear, pale brown beer with a minimal sized beige head. There’s some brett in the aroma, with sourness, caramel notes and a light hoppy touch. Berry hints. It’s medium bodied and soft on the palate, quite dry, with a little bitterness towards the end of the flavor. Berry sourness, some caramel and a brett hnt in the flavor, with a lasting finish.
