Bottle received from Erzengel in a trade. Pours pale yellow/gold with an initially quite large white head, dissipating to a small veil after a short while. Aroma dominated by smoked cheese, with light citrus lemon and hop. Moderate sweetness, light to medium sour. Light body, thin texture, above average carbonation.

Bottled. A hazy yellow beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of beechwood smoke and malt. The flavor is acidic with notes of lemons, brettanomyces, and smoke, leading to a tart finish. Weird, but refreshing.

Many thanks to Erzengel for sharing! Pours clear light yellow colour with a mid-sized good lasting white head. Aroma of smoked pale malt and some pears. Taste of smoked malt, very salty, a bit sour, pear, high carbonation. Interesting brew!

Bottle from the brewery. Smokey fruity nose. Very interesting. The beer starts very interesting sourish-smokey. The fruit is there, hints of fruity sourish pear, great refreshing lactic-sour body, very smooth, fruity. Easy to drink with hints of smoke in the back, the pear is more intense there, the lactic sourness lies round over the body. Fantastic brew!
