Aus der Dose (bbe 25.03.2027) im 2025-08 getrunken. Dieses leicht trübe, bronzene Ale kommt mit einer weißen Schaumkrone daher. Und da war's auch schon mit den positiven Notizen, denn in der Nase strömt ein dominater Rosenblüten-Aroma in die Nase. Hier bin ich wieder bei der Rosenseife meiner Oma. Und am Gaumen kommt zu dieser Rosenseife auch noch eine harzige Hopfennote dazu. Nein, nein, nein - das ist nicht trinkbar. Ab in den Ausguss!

From tap at Beers & Barrels, Utrecht. Aroma is floral with elderflower, malt, yeast, more herbal notes, lightly fruity. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Body is medium. Not bad at all, nice elderflower aroma with a decent bitterness for the style.

330ml can from Beer52 branded differently as 'Brewed By Women - Blossom Blonde' which must be the English translation. Slight ABV change at 5.5%. Pours a dark gold with a slight pink hue with off white head and decent retention. Aroma of elderberry, grain, flora. Taste again is very floral and elderberry notes with a slight sweet resinous and bitter grass in the finish. Medium bodied, a bit cloying. The adjunct has been overdone. I don't like it much.

Helles Kupfer im Glas, leichte Perlung, kein Schaum. In der Nase sehr fruchtig, blumig, deutlich Holunder. Im Trunk ebenso markant, dazu leicht harzig, süß. Das intensive Aroma muss man schon abkönnen. Sommerbier.
