Butelka 0.5 z data 29.03.2018. BARWA: jasny bursztyn z delikatnym zamglebiem. PIANA: niska, brudna biel, szybko znika, zbudowana z malych i srednich pecherzyków. Rozczarowanie.

Simcoe, Mosaic, Chinook Centennial and Cascade hops. Almost clear amber beer, good cream colour head. Smooth palate, fairly dry, decent fine carbonation. Smooth malts, sweet. Diacetyl milky sweetness. Smooth pine. Orange and marmalade. Mold hop spice. Tangy citric peel finish. Third Polish IPA on the trot with diacetyl or whatever this milky sweetness is. Maddening!

12/II/17 - 500ml bottle @ Big Polish Diacetyl Tasting, home - BB: 5/IX/17 (2017-173) Thanks to ElManana for sharing the bottle!

Clear orange to amber beer, big irregular creamy yellowish head, little stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: lots of diacetyl, butter, overripe fruits, some banana, butterscotch. Oh boy, second one in a row. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: lots of grapefruit juice, pretty bitter, blood oranges, pretty bitter hops doing a good job covering up the diacetyl flavour-wise, sweet, bit "weeïg" (sorry, no decent English word for this). Aftertaste: more bitterness, lots of butter / diacetyl in the finish, malty, very bitter, and a bit sugary.
