0,75l bottle at home. Bottled 116/400. Bottled 6-02-2016. redish hazy color, small white head. smells berries, wood, light yoghurt, rather grape forward, hints of strawberries, lovely funk, stone fruits. lovely smell. medium body, soft carbonation. tastes of grapes, funk, lactic, berries notes, spices, peppery, oak, citric, grassy, stone fruits. finishes dry and light to medium sour with notes of berry notes, stone fruits and some lactic notes. very nice one, obviously strawberries are hard in sour beers, but the balance on this is great.

2016 fles. Ruikt lekker zuur, vleugje autoband, aardbei. Smaakt friszuur, zoete onderlaag, heel fruitige nasmaak. Goed!

Bottle at tasting. Aroma of weird unripe red fruit, berries and tart. Taste has sour fruits, tart, oak, vinegar and again these unripe strawberry. A bit too simple and lacks some nice full fruit to balance the tart and sourness.

Sample from bottle at ’In de Wildeman’ during Carnivale Brettanomyces 2016 When watching the color from the glass you wouldn’t expect that this version has strawberries in it, however from the nose they are all over... color is golden with a white head. Aroma has besides the strawberries, straw/hay, sweet, grass, metalic. Taste is a bit from ’old’ strawberries, weak sour, a bit tart, metalig notes, did prefer the other versions.

Sampled from bottle at ’In de Wildeman’ during Carnivale Brettanomyces 2016. Hazy, golden amber with an off-white head. Sweetish, slightly artificially fruity and a bit sourish aroma of strawberry, some raspberries and a touch of sweet cherry. Rather sour, fruity taste of strawberry, rhubarb, lemon and oak, followed by a medium long, rather tart finish. Thin to medium body, very astringent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Nice!
