THANKS for sharing RB people! Sampled bottled @ In De Wildeman during Carnivale Brettanomyces 2016! Hazy orange, solid off-white head. Nose is weak dank, tad watery, burlap sack, sour, touch puckering. Taste is basic sour, touch watery, vinegar, acid, burlap sack. Low carbonation. Pleasant but a bit too simple straightforward sour & a touch watery. Didn’t really get the bourbon to be honest.

Sample from bottle at ’In de Wildeman’ during Carnivale Brettanomyces 2016 dark golden with a white head. Aroma of wood, sweet, vanille, sour, some fruits, light caramel, however quite nice, a bit more on the sweet side. Taste is quite soft, weak sourness, soft, more balanced, nice notes, some oak, a little dry, nice.

Sourish, funky and a little fruity aroma of lemon, rhubarb, gooseberry and some oak. Very sour, funky and a little fruity taste of lemon, gooseberry, oak and some rhubarb, followed by a medium long, rather tart and woody-dry finish.
