Der Vorgänger des Pilsbieres wurde wieder eingebraut. Mit einer lieblichen Note und mit Hallertauer Traditionshopfen dezent gehopft ist dieses helle Vollbier auch bei Damen sehr gefragt. Stammwürzegehalt 13,6% Alkohol 5,2 %

Brauerei Wagner Kemmern Vollbier, Flasche von Getränke Kistner, FO. - Satt goldgelb, klar; pilstypisch üppiger Schaum. - In der Nase feine zitronige und grasige Hopfung, aromatischer als üblich aber doch rund, über zartem hellen Malz mit Vanillesüße. - Antrunk weich hellmalzig mit aromatischer aber wenig bitterer zitroniger Hopfung. Der Hallertauer Hopfen entfaltet seinen verhaltenen Reiz mit feinen Anklängen an Melone, Fenchel und Heu. Zart brotig, fein vanillesüß. Milder rezent, eher vollmundig. Im Abgang feine zitrusfruchtig-herbale Herbe. - Voller und runder als ein Pilsner und etwas aromatischer (aber keineswegs aufdringlich) gehopft als ein durchschnittliches Helles. Als Märzen würde ich es nicht bezeichnen, aber sei's drum. (2.9.2021.)

Bottle. Clear golden, fine plentiful carbonation, big fluffy white head. Grassy hops, a hint iron and sulphur. Medium to full chewy sparkly body. Cracker and bready malt, dry, broad grassy, citric and herbal hop counterpoint. A bit sweetness in the finish to soften the bitterness. Moreish beer.

500ml Bottle - Golden in colour. Grassy aroma and taste with hints of apple, hay and bread. Drinkable but not great by Franconian standards.

Bottle at bar grumo. Golden color big head. Rich malty flavor with fresh floral notes. Bready flavor, hay, grass. Nice clean finish, crisp, malty, some yeast. bottle from Heinrichs 3000 Kornwestheim. Golden yellow, tall white head. Malty with a shy fruity touch and some, also shy, grassy hops in the finish. Quite mild.

Summer Sunday @ Dolle. Malty aroma with some grain and grass and a touch of sulphur. Sweetish malty flavour with herbal hops and a quite bitter finish.

(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a blond mid-sized foamy head. Flowery and slightly citric hoppy aroma with notes of pale malt and white bread. Moderately sweet and shy bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a spritzy carbonation. Pale malty and slightly grainy base with fresh and flowery, slightly citrus-fruity hoppy notes, lingering into the sweet and slightly bitter finish. A nice Pilsner-Märzen/Spezial hybrid. 02.IX.17
