Bottle from Erzengel. Aroma has a big vinous streak, booze. Dark fruit. Darkest waxy opaque brown. Creamy foamy beige head. Medium-heavy sour. Vinous. Berries. A touch of vinegar. Underlying sweet berries. Light-medium bodied. Oily. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long astringent finish. Sweet vinegary stuff. Nice enough.

ABV: 4.1%. Bottle #1259/2000. Clear dark brown colour with a large, frothy, fair lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, dark malt, bread, caramal, sour malt, sweet malt, sour berries - cherry, light funk. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, bread, dark malt, caramel, dried fruit, sour, wood, sour berries - cherry, sweet malt. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.
