330ml bottle. Opalescent, amber colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Sweet-ish, minimally starchy, malty and slightly grassy hoppy aroma, a touch of honey, strawy overtones. Taste is sweet, slightly starchy, pale malty, hints of honey, weak, bitter hoppy counterpart. Slightly oily, watery texture, smooth and soft palate, medium, soft carbonation. Rather sweet, a bit simple and monotonous - OK.

Clear amber colour, white foam. Sweet, some honey, a bit bitter, malty and bready. Ok.

Copper colored with a frothy, white head. Aroma of honey, cough medicine and mixed grains. Taste is mildly sweet, a touch medicinal with hints of novacaine. Faintly plums, herbal and honey. Medium bodied, moderate to mild carbonation. Interesting but not the most rewarding bock out there.

33cl swing top botte. Pours clear dark golden colour with a huge most good lasting off-white head. Aroma of strong malt, pale malt, some grains. Taste of pale malt, not too strong, a bit grainy, not too bitter, average!

Bottle, honey malt, grassy hops. Deep golden, golden big foam. Medium light body, mellow mouthfeel. Chewy malt base, good grassy hop balance. Nice drinkable bock.

Lahev(dík…): Clear, amber coloured, small off-white foamy layer; mild toasty-fruity nose with a very faint bitterness in the background; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, barely medium bodied;light bitter-sweet caramelly finish. Tame, tame, tame…

33cl. MHD 24.3.2012 - so the bottle is now about 2 years old. 10/11/8/8

Dark gold slightly amber, aroma is malt and alcohol. Taste is not exciting, there’s a feel of sweetness and a medium bitterness.

The bottle looks good, but the writing of the name is a bit strange. The beer in the glass is okay, but there’s not much foam. The beer tastes not really "bocky" - tastes dry and hoppy, not very strong, the alcohol is well hidden. Finish a bit soapy. So, there are better bocks out there!
