Beavertown Spectrum Fest. Keg. Hazy gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and semi dry with mild fine carbonation. Light malts, some sweetness. Mild marmalade and floralness. Bitter peel linger. Touch of lemon zest. Dry seltzer finish.

On tap at Beavertown rainbow 2015. Hazy gold refreshing Brett. Beer of the day so far. Lovely lime lemon grapefruit. Lovely.

Bottle thanks to Chow. Pours a cloudy orange gold with medium frothy off white head that lasts. The aroma is floral, citrus, brett, Medium mouth, strong funk, herbs, orange zest, light finish, very good.

ABV: 5.5%. Clear medium to light orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, flowers, citrus, moderate yeasty, leather, grapes, wine, barrel. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, tart citrus - grapes, yeast, barrel, grapes, citrus, flowers, minerals, pollen, medium dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. IMO very balanced. [20200130]
