The hop. Humulus lupus. We worship this mischievous flower and its elusive oils. Our IPA captures the flavours and aromas of the Cascade, Columbus and Chinook hops. This beer sings ‘All hail the hop!’

Cask @ Old Gate, Hebden Bridge. Fairly strong, but not as much as you might expect. Has a fruitiness behind this and a sugary sweetness that lingers. Malts in its nose.

Golden beer with a thick, frothy head. Smells of grapefruit and something sweeter, like caramel. Taste is VERY sharp at first. The grapefruity citrus hits the tongue but then slowly mellows out and the sweetness comes through as well. The hop then dominates the aftertaste. Very drinkable and very much my cup of tea.

Loads of mangoes, papaya, pine and pith. Extremely clean. So easy to drink. Would be great on keg.
