Brune abbey beer with second fermentation in the bottle. Dark coloured, this beer releases caramelised, markedly spicy aromas and has a very pleasant bitter-sweet flavour. 70 EBC.

Bottle, a moderate gusher. Brown with a beige head. Not a lot of aroma - earthy with some bread, anise. Rather thin. Bready sweetness with firmish bitterness and quite a lot of licorice at the end. OK.

Marrón oscura, dedo y medio de espuma blanquecina. Aroma malteado y licórico. En boca tiene cuerpo medio y carbonatación bien presente, y un sabor poco convencional, dulce en exceso, empalagosa y totalmente falta de equilibrio. Mediocre.

pours unclear, rather dark brown. Good white head. Smell is sweet. Some malts, some caramel. Taste is surprisingly bitter, but kinda hollow. contains some sweet maltyness, with chocolate and earthy aspects. Sweet, malty ending. Kinda wattery mouthfeel ( diluted beer ? ) OK , but very common tasteprofile.
