Nach dem Vorbild belgischer Abteibiere und dennoch gebraut nach dem deutschen Reinheitsgebot erreicht den Genießer mit dieser goldgelben, eher milden Bierspezialität ein rundum ausbalanciertes Geschmackserlebnis.
Gebraut mit der für den Bierstil charakteristischen obergärigen Spezialhefe aus Belgien sowie insgesamt drei erlesenen Gerstenmalzen und hellem Weizenmalz. Das Zusammenspiel von fruchtig-würzigen Hefe- und sanften Malzaromen wird harmonisch ergänzt durch die unaufdringlich bittere Note des slowenischen Aromahopfens »Styrian Golding Celeia«. Ein Meisterwerk Flensburger Braukunst.

Bottom. Fresh fruity nose - orange peel and tropics. Hazy amber , white lace. Medium light body, slightly metallic mouthfeel, hayish malt, citric, light salty watery finish.

Bottle from akzenta. Grainy nose, fresh and mild. Grainy with typical Belgian yeast, mild sweetish, a bit mouldy. Very strange in aroma, grainy bitter, strange, mouldy with Belgian yeast.

Bottle, 6.1%. Quite fruity aroma. Cloudy amber colour. Small stable white head. The flavour is OK malty, slightly caramelly. Has a mild yeast note. Clean finish.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours an almost clear deep golden with a small, white head. Fairly clean Belgian yeast acents - no phenols - and a little caramel. Medium body, very flowery, very dry and clean. Again extremely well crafted from Flensburger - if not with a huge personality. 090517
