Pigs Ear. Bottle, thanks to Keen. Opaque dark brown beer, small tan head. Light palate, mildly crisp. Thin dark malts, slightly tangy. Thin dark malt cream and a trace of dark chocolate. Light smooth finish. A touch bland but strangely drinkable.

Bottle from the Polish Delicatessen, opposite The Barum Top Inn, Halifax. Crisp stout, black with not much of a head. Has some light roasted malts but there's a hoppy influence in here too.

No taki zbozowy, kawowy dry stoucik normalny. Nie wadzi, nie cieszy, pije sie - plusik do gwiazdek ;)

Tried at the food market and Polish Beer Gardeen, Lincoln. Deep almost black body with a thick tan head. Aroma is roasted malt, light chocolate. Taste light sweet to roasted bitter. Body is a touch thin making this light and easy to drink.

Mild röstiger, trocken säuerlicher Antrunk. Weich bitter, die Malzigkeit ist enttäuschend mild. Trinkbar. 10/8/8/8//8

Sampled @ Festival Dobrego Piwa Wroclaw 2017. Fast schwarze Farbe, geringe beige Schaumkrone. Geruch nach Kaffee leicht säuerliche Früchte. Geschmack ist leicht säuerlich fruchtig, Karamell, dunkles süßes Malz.

From tap. Pours dark brown to black with a small tan hesd. Aroma is roasted malty. Mild metallic. Roasted malty. Breadish and slight liqourice. Linhering dsrk malty and roasted. Bitter snd dry malty far finish.

Barwa niemal czarna, nieprzejrzyste, piana beżowa, obfita, dość trwała. W aromacie kawa, bardziej w stylu zbożowej, muśnięcie czekolady. W smaku półsłodkie, wyraźna kawa, trochę czekolada deserowa, nieco paloności. Goryczka niska do średniej, wysycenie niskie, ciało średnie, minimalnie brakuje. Nieco kremowej faktury na języku. Gdyby dodać laktozy lub płatków owsianych, byłby wzorowy Sweet Stout, tak to nieco brakuje tej paloności i goryczki, ale poza tym jest to solidne piwo, co codziennego popijania. Jedno z lepszych z serii "Po Godzinach".
