750 ml bottle. Nose is raisin, cranberry, rather faint. Pours a hazy maroon color. flavor is raisins and cranberries, tart. Somewhat dirty finish is probably oak and juniper. Interesting but not completely convincing.

17.06.2022 - 0.75l bottle at home. pours a hazy amber with a steady head. aroma of malts, plum jam, winter spices, slight funk. flavour of funk, caramel malts, wood, juniper, sour berries rather than usual citrus. acidity is present but not overwhelming, interesting combination with all that malts. chewy and quite full body.

Bottle at Maakun’s. Clear brown with greyish head. Sour berries, chocolatey malt, sweet and mild sour. A sour / stout blend with berries.

Huge, dense, stable cream-coloured head over reddish brown beer, veiled. End of bottle nice collection of UFO's. Old wood, lactic acid, wild yeasts, vinous streaks and indeed - gin. Lactic acid, utterly mild roast, buttermilk, dark fruit. Vinous with a slightly boozy streak. Well bodied, almost chewy impression despite acidthinning. Spritzy carbonation, lipsmacking acidity.
