A little bit messy and hazed up muddy on this tap. Can’t say otherwise. But the sourness - fruit balance is on point, just the feel is off. Gollem raamsteeg

750 ml bottle. Nose is raisin, cranberry, rather faint. Pours a hazy maroon color. flavor is raisins and cranberries, tart. Somewhat dirty finish is probably oak and juniper. Interesting but not completely convincing.

Bottle at Maakun’s. Clear brown with greyish head. Sour berries, chocolatey malt, sweet and mild sour. A sour / stout blend with berries.

Huge, dense, stable cream-coloured head over reddish brown beer, veiled. End of bottle nice collection of UFO's. Old wood, lactic acid, wild yeasts, vinous streaks and indeed - gin. Lactic acid, utterly mild roast, buttermilk, dark fruit. Vinous with a slightly boozy streak. Well bodied, almost chewy impression despite acidthinning. Spritzy carbonation, lipsmacking acidity. Ronald, GREAT! Love this one. Thanks to Stef!

Aangenaam. Sour zou ik ‘m niet noemen. Zoet, subtiel, beetje kruidig, beetje conifeer achtig.

Bottle. Brown color. Citrus, floral notes and juniper in the aroma. Caramel, citrus, gin and juniper in the sweet, floral flavor. Only a hint of sourness. Some alcohol.

750ml bottle. Etre Gourmet. Clear, deep ruby colour. Film and ring of beige. Nose has thin gravy. Marmite on toast. Christmas spices. Trace of juniper. Taste is tart, and gravy like savoury, bizarrely. Medium body. Some salinity. Some balsamic tartness. Low carbonation. Tart, dry, peppery finish. Wow. No idea what the brewer is aiming for here. About 650ml of this went down the drain. Grim.
