Slightly hazy golden colour. Aroma's of apples, sourish, funky. Mild sour taste with little sweetness, but wild yeast funk instead. Mild carbonation. OK-ish, but because of the funk not really my thing

Mild säuerlicher, rund würziger Antrunk. Spritzig hefig-säuerlicher Mittelteil, angenehm apfelig. Sehr trocken, dennoch rund, langer Nachhall. Nett. 10/11/10/12/9/10

75cl bottle courtese of Erzengel. A almost cear pale golden cider. Aroma of mild sweet and dry apples, sulfur. taste of tart apples, sulfur, dry apples, not too sweet, okay.

75cl bottle from trade with Erzengel. Many thanks! Drunk on one of the hottest days of the year. Pours a hazy pale yellow. Light sour notes in the aroma, with bitter apple juice. Taste is not as aggressively sour as other Asturias ciders, instead it’s really quite gentle, with some drying apple fruit, and soft bristling bitterness. Nice.

Fruchtig-säuerlicher Geruch, ein Hauch Essig. Frisch-säuerlicher Antrunk. Typische Sidra-Äpfel, starke essig-schwefelartige Säure. Ein Hauch Restsüße, frisch und süffig. Herb-tanniniger Nachgeschmack mit deutlich scharfer Säure. Lecker!
