650ml bottle. Murky, copperish-brown colour, amber glimmer, with small to average, frothy to creamy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, off-white to beige head. Nuttily, malty aroma, notes of toffee, ephemeral fruity overtones with hints of red berries and stone fruit. Taste is initially minimally tart-ish, dry fruity, hints of red berries, later minimally sweet malty, some toffee, a touch of caramel. Unconvincing.

Bottle from Marketplace Alehouse and Deli, Doncaster. Clear, reddy amber. Thin, lasting, off white head. Sweet, spicy malt. Some vanilla. Taste is vanilla sweet. Spicy dry. Bit of chew on the palate. Finishes light dry. Still some sweet on the close. Not normally my thing, but I enjoyed this.
