Unser Kellerbier ist ein naturtrübes, unfiltriertes Bier mit hefeblumigem Geruch. Es ist vollmundig mit einer milden Bittere im Geschmack. Es wird von Kennern sehr geschätzt, da es nicht, wie fast alle heutigen Biere, filtriert wird und daher seinen ursprünglichen Geschmack beibehält.

Süßlicher, hell getreidiger Beginn. Karamellig-brotig, weiche Herbe, rund. Süffig, würzig, die Herbe steigt etwas an. Spritzig, mittellanger Abgang, gut. 11/10/11/9/8/10

Amber with a thin, frothy head. Aroma a mix of grains, grass, and caramel. Taste is bitter with peppery and herbal tones. Long, bitter finish with a clean if somewhat rustic feel. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, refreshing. Good on a hot day by the grill.

Bottle picked up from Getränke Haussman and consumed at home Attenkirchen, Saturday 28th December 2019 whilst preparing Greek Meatballs with Tomato and Feta and also a Vanilla Ice Cream with Aadvocaat and Maraschino Cherries and listening to one of our **Albums of the Year by Yak - Pursuit of Momentary Happiness. Pours gold with a white head, a slight haze. Soft mouthfeel, some sweetness shines through, a light bitter linger,in fact slightly dry at the finish. Ok.

50cl bottle. A almost clear golden beer with a mid-sized to small white head. Aroma of mild grainy malt, dry spicy and mild grassy hops. Taste of mild floral and dry grassy hops, mild grainy malt, nice!

Bottle (bought at the brasserie): A bit unclear, golden, quickly vanishing white head, sweetish-grainy and slightly alcoholic nose; stronger sweetish flavour, medium bodied, a bit sticky; sweet-malty, bisquity, fruity and alcoholic finish. A Kellerbier? Tastes a bit like an average Heller Bock.......

(bottle) Hazy, golden colour with a medium-sized foamy white head. Yeasty, moderately sweet malty nose with light notes of herbal hops. Sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Yeasty and fruity malty taste; medium-dry, sweet and yeasty, slightly hop bitter finish. Decent brew, quite “süffig”. Probably the Zwickel version of their Spezial.
