Brewed februari 2004, straight from cask at the brewery in a one litre swing top bottle. Orange color, cloudy, absolutely flat. No carbon, no head. Very oaky and dusty aroma with lemon and honey. Just a bit of sourness in the flavor. Lemon, orange, oak, some honey. Just a bit of milk. Lemon and oak aftertaste. Good and firm young lambic, well suited for making a good geuze. Lightyears better as the sweet beers De Troch offers.

Bag in Box. Frothy white fair mostly diminishing head. Dark yellow colour. Light malty and hoppy stron barnyard aroma. Moderate sour flavor. Long nice fininsih. Creamy palate.

Sampling tray at de Grote Dorst, from a bladder box?, 09/12/18. Clear golden with an off white cap that dissipates to edgework. Nose is dungy, big horseblanket, damp straw, citric tinged straw. Taste comprises funk, hay bale, horse steam, barnyard notes, lemon drizzle, dusty wood, must'o'clock. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Ok if a touch overly fecal.

Pour at dorst. A clear deep golden coloured pour with a fading white head. Aroma is big cow pat, horse stables, sharp, proper shitty,. Flavour is composed of sharp, dungy, horsey, damp straw, some lemon. Palate is mellow acid, sharp, lowish carbonation. Ok.
