26th February 2014 Hazy gold - amber beer, tidy off white head. Palate is light and mildly crisp. Minerals. Very light malt. Strong floral start, even a touch of violets. Nice citric hops - mellow grapefruit and fresh orange, touch of tropical fruits. The hops integrate well with the floral flavours. Light airy finish. Nicely joined up and very drinkable. Mellow grapefruit linger

On tap @ Cafe Sara as "Siste Dans". This is a light blurry deep dark golden one with a small light lacing and islandy white foam top. Lovely fruity hoppy nose. Lots of nice sweetness here like peaches, sweet fruits and a nice grassyness to balance. Lovely flavors. Undoubtedly a lucky Jack on steroids. Quite lively on the carbonation and it has a light to thin oily mouthfeel. Peachy hoppy flavors. I get a good amount on citrus and grapefruit zesty jucies. Really easy to drink, and definitely tasty! 14.10.2013

As Siste Dans. Hazy golden with a lasting white head. Bready malt aroma with citrus notes. Malty with lightly dusty, grainy notes. Citrus and pine notes and a slightly bitter finish. Tasted a bit old, but the bottle cap says best before January 2017 - don’t know what to make of that...
