Sample courtesy of Koelshdrinker. Many thanks mate! Drunk on a balmy Sunday evening. Pours clear gold, strong aroma encompassing strong rich pure apple fruit, floral elements, floor varnish. Taste is exceedingly rich, almost spirit-like in its alcohol presence, and in fact almost unrecogniseable as a cider. Slick on the palate with concentrated apple fruit, vodka hints. No discernible rosemary or thyme unfortunately. Powerful drop.

Shared with Beerhunter111 and Koelschtrinker. Floral fresh beginning. The thyme and the rose are there behind the apples, spicy dark with the not too sweetish apples in the back. Herbal apple aftertaste with not too much sweetness but still a bit sticky. Nice herbal though.

50cl bottle. A clear pale golden colour. Aroma of Thymian, herbs, mild apples. Taste of herbs, spices, mild sweet apples, some ginger.

Sehr trockener, wenig gewürziger Antrunk von Äpfeln. Geringe Süße, ab dem Mittelteil quasi nur noch trocken, wenig Apfel, laff. Meh. 9/7/7/7/9/7
