"Braumanufaktur Steckenpferd läuft", Fläschchen von Ratio, Baunatal, 3.12.2025. - Bronzegold, klar; spärlicher Schaum. - In der Nase für ein Pale Ale eher unauffällige weich zitrusfruchtig-harzige Hopfung mit feiner exotischer Note. - Antrunk satt hellmalzig mit feiner Honigsüße und fülliger zitrusfruchtiger Hopfung mit Pampelmuse und Mango, die bald in grasige und hopfenwürzige Bittere übergeht. Milder rezent, vollmundig. Im Abgang solide, für diese Biersorte noch maßvolle Hopfenherbe. - Schönes, eher unauffälliges aber gut trinkbares Pale Ale.

@ 5. bierfest Hann. Münden . Hazy golden color and a white head. Restrained nose, slightly lemon-fruity, hoppy. Taste Is fruity, Lemon, lemon-peel. Bittersweet-hoppy Finish.

Bottle as a gift. Aroma is mild resinous hops with malt, some ripe fruits including orange, touch of caramel. Moderate sweet flavour with a moderate to medium bitterness. Body is medium. Bit modestly hopped but pleasant, lightly resinous with caramalt.

Hazy amber pour with a small, but lasting white head. Aromas of malt, raisins, oranges. Taste is similar, adding some herbs and grass for a decent bitter finish. Enjoyed it.

Pours orange from the bottle. Frothy to foamy head of shortish duration. Aroma is citrus, a bit of resin. Taste is mildly bittersweet, bitter at the finish. Light bodied, moderate carbonation. Okay.

Moderat hopfiger Beginn, trocken, hell, angenehm grasig. Fein würzig-herb, weich, spät bitter. Gut trinkbar. 10/9/9/9//9

Sampled @CRAFT Frankfurt 2018. A hazy orange golden beer with a small off-white head. Aroma of caramelish malt, mild resinous hops. Taste of mid sweet resinous hops, toasted malt. Mild bitterness.

Bottle courtesy of Boris. Pours dark gold with an average sized white head. Aroma of hop, peach, citrus, caramel and pineapple. Medium plus sweetness, light to moderate bitterness. Medium body, oily texture, average carbonation.

330ml bottle and tap at the source. Cloudy, orangey, deep golden colour with average, thick, frothy to creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, white head. Citrusy hoppy, tropical fruity aroma, notes of papaya, passion fruit, lemon. Taste is mildly bitter, citrusy hoppy, notes of lemon, underlying hints of orange, some lemon tea. Really nice.
