0.33 l bottle from 'Vollkornbäckerei Niemand', best before August 2023. Clear, dark brownish amber with a medium large, frothy, stable, off-white head. Sweetish-malty, slightly bready aroma of caramel, toasted grains and light nuts. Quite sweet, malty, minimally bitter taste of caramel, toasted grains and some nuts, followed by a short, slightly bitter finish. Thin to medium body, smooth and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Pleasant NA beer, well-brewed.

Neumarkter Lammsbräu Fastenbier, Fläschchen von Getränke Hörl, Wolnzach. - Tiefdunkles Rotbraun, klar; reichlich Schaum. - In der Nase süßlich-dünnes, schwach brotiges und nur leise dunkles Malz, Traubenzucker, Bierwürze und Cornflakes, äußerst dezente Hopfung. - Antrunk weich und überdeutlich traubenzuckersüß mit süßer Zitrusnote, mattem dunklen Malz und blasser herbaler Hopfung, die an gesüßten Kräutertee erinnert. Milder rezent, dünn. Erst im Abgang macht sich schüchterne Herbe bemerkbar und rundet das süßlich-fruchtige Gebräu noch einigermaßen erträglich ab. - Nicht ganz so schlimm wie andere Alkoholfreie, auch frei von groben Fehlaromen, dennoch nur mit Einschränkungen genießbar. Huge thanks to Erzengel for that one! Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass brownish coloured, huge head. Moldy-malty aroma. Starts malty, sweetish, not as moldy as exspected. Some bready-wheaty notes, not too intense. Mild sweetness. Okay.

Bottle shared @ Koelschtrinker's Tasting. Watery grainy beginning. Easy to drink, malty with grainy hints. Round and bitter with malty dry parts. Quite nice dark dry and good for an alcohol-free brew. A bit grainy, but round.
