Bottle. Pours hazy golden amber with a gigantic puffy off-white head that makes it a pain in the butt to pour. Head lasts a long time and leaves big sticky lacing on the glass. Aroma is honey, grassy, pepper, rye spiciness. Flavor is light sweet, peppery, hay, yeasty esters; a bit fruity. Dry finish, minimal bitterness. Medium light body, high carbonation.

On tap @ Mikkeller Bar. Cloudy deep orange almost bronze in the glass with a small eventually fading just off-white top. Not extreme on the nose but some fruitiness shines through the emptiness. A bit of farm with some leafs and strawberry gel,. Lively carbo, oily mouthfeel. It's dry, almost grape-dry actually. Some white vine, melon zest, cantaloupe, yeast, really astringent finish. Not allmightyquenchable, but more in the alright genre. One hand rating outside Mikkeller Bar. 03.05.2013
