A stein full of traditional Märzen offered in anticipation of those days filled with sausage, pretzels, and a table full of friends. Our brewers put all the time and care into this long-lagered beauty using traditional German ingredients and methods. Smooth, toasty flavor and the inviting aromas of hearth-baked bread, finishing with just enough Noble hop character to keep you coming back for another round. One of our most popular food-pairing beers, or worthy of a hearty "prost!" on its own.

Pretty good marzen. Malty. Toasted caramel. It’s on the sweet side de as expected with some mild hops for balance. Medium body. Enjoyable.

Draught @ the taproom. Faintly cloudy rich amber-copper with very small frothy beige head, caramel malt aroma, medium carbonation, mildly sweet caramel taste with floral hops, thin body, long finish. Good festbier.

On tap at Revolution Brewpub, pours a clear copper with a small white head. Aroma brings out bready malt and a touch of toasted malt. Flavour is full of bready malt and a touch of caramel. Very malty and dry. Pleasant.

Clear medium orange-brown body, dense medium cream head. Caramely, cerealy, nutty nose. The body is dominated by sweet cereals--nutty, caramely, and toasty, with light floral hops balance. It's a tasty beer, but too sweet to be sessionable.
