Bottle picked up from Craftbeer webshop Parchim and consumed at home Wednesday 7th May 2025, we have Fish Fingers Chips and Mushy Peas for tea tonight, a super quick and easy meal. Pours mid amber with a mid sized white head. Nice soft mouthfeel, I get a very slight sourness but have to keep checking, am I right? A little bit of sweet malt, a touch rough around the edges, there's a bit of oomph from the abv, it's ok but not quite there.

Golden/amber pour with a small white head - really nice colour. Aromas of malt, dried fruit, some marmalade. Taste is similar. Not bad, but could have slightly more oomph.

Bottle recieved with Euro Swap 01-2022 thanks to rhoihessegold! The beer has got a pale amber body with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet, malty and caramel. The taste is malty, fruity, caramel and toffee.

Kuehn Kunz Rosen Gutenberg Bock, Fläschlein vom Craftbeer-Shop.com. - Rotgold, leicht trüb. - In der Nase überreife Frucht, Trockenobst, zart seifig, und milde, ja matte herbale Hopfung. - Antrunk brausig rezent und satt karamelmalzig-herbfruchtig mit süßem Trockenobst, Orangenschale und milder herbaler Hopfung mit mediterranen Zügen. Trotz viel zu starker Kohlensäure noch etwas vollmundig. Im Abgang immer noch süß mit hintergründiger herbaler Hopfung. - Beinahe brauchbarer Doppelbock, nur zu süß und zu leicht, auch zu mild gehopft. (22.3.2022.)

Bottle from Craftbeer-Shop.com. Clear dark amberwith an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel and fruity. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Sweet and light bitter finish. 260321

Thanks a lot to Erzengel for that 0,33 l bottle. Unclear bright copper in the glass with a more than one finger head. Nutty caramel smell with some fruity elements. Taste starts with a fruity alcoholic bitterness, some cherry, caramel, sweetness. Little bit dry. Alcoholic sharpness to the end. Okay.

330ml bottle. Minimally milky, amber colour with small, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Minimally toasty, sweet-ish, caramel malty aroma, some rock sugar. Taste is sweet, minimally toasty, caramel malty, slightly sugary, slightly alcoholic. Oily texture, smooth, soft and slightly cloying palate. Quite sweet, a bit monotonous - decent.

Clear amber. Aroma is khaki caramel toffee malt some earthy herbs. Taste is very sweet malty but still somehow fresh and drinkable. Nice and simple. I like.
