Tap at the Clybourn brewpub. Poured a clear copper colour with a thin white head. The aroma is rich malt toffee and with a little zesty apple. The flavour is medium bitter with an apple / pear weak citrus palate.

Draft sampled at Goose Island Clybourn. Pours hazy amber with a small off white head. Aroma of malt, fruits, yeast and caramel. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
