Tap at the Clybourn brewpub. Poured a clear medium amber with a broken white head. The aroma is rich toffee malt. The flavour is medium bitter with a burnt toffee resin palate. Rather drinkable but might be better if served cooler.

Draft sampled at Goose Island Clybourn. Pours clear amber with an off white head. Aroma of honey, honey and more honey. Flavour is over moderate sweet and light moderate bitter, some grassy hops and citrus coming out from their introversion which is almost eclipsed by the honey. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. It’s good hon!
