On tap at the Privatbrauerei Frischeisen, Kelheim, Saturday 18th September 2021. Pours murky, dirty, yellow/light brown with a white head. There is Weisse beer characteristics but also a little burnt caramel, taste is good, aroma not so good.

50cl bottle from the brewery. A hazy pale golden beer with a white head. aroma of dough, wheat malt, soft banana and herbs. taste of moderate sweet banana, wheat malt, dough, herbs.

Hell herber Hefeantrunk, dumpf. Ab dem Mittelteil zunehmend bitter, gleichzeitig nehmen die Aromen ab und das Bier wird milder, zum Ende wässrig. 12/9/8/7/8/7

Pours a cloudy golden with creamy head. Aroma of wheat and banana esters. Flavour of wheat, banana, spice and lemon. Good!
