500ml bottle. Opalescent, orange golden colour with average to huge, creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, white head. Grainy, minimally strawy and spicy, minimally starchy, pale malty aroma, whiffs of vanilla, weak, floral hoppy overtones. Taste is mildly bitter, minimally floral, hoppy and sweet-ish, minimally starchy, pale malty, a touch of honey.
Creamy-oily texture, smooth and soft palate, fine, dense, creamy, mildly prickly carbonation.
Well crafted, clean and balanced - not bad.

Bottle picked up from the Globus Getränkemark Plattling a couple of weeks ago when visiting the house and signing the contract. Had this at home Sunday 4th December 2022 after an 8+km woodland walk, now listening to Midlake - For the Sake of Bethal Woods, we've got Pork Fillet Wellington with Carrots, Roast Potatoes, some Garlic Butter Sprouts and Christmas Gravy. Pours warm gold, good clarity with a white head. A clear malt heavy helles, biscuity and a little bit bready. Hops notable only by their absence, a little sweeteness. It's fine.

Herb getreidig, florale Nuancen, leicht hopfig im Abgang. Könnte ruhig kräftiger, schwerer und malziger sein. Etwas zu viel Kohlensäure. Ist insgesamt schon ganz OK, gibt aber bessere Weihnachts-/Winterbiere.

50cl bottle. A clear golden beer with a white head. Aroma of dry mild grainy malt and straw. Taste of grainy malt, straw, pale malt, mild bitterness.

Bottled 500ml. -from Getränke Degenhart, Grafenau. Pale golden coloured, medium sized airy white head, grassy nose. Moderate malty, grassy, light grainy and touch of herbs with mild bitter finish. Rather ordinary.

Hell herber Antrunk, der schnell würziger wird. Leichte Süße im Mittelteil, hell würzig, erdig. Süffig, etwas getreidig. Nett. 11/10/11/10/11/11

Golden blonde color. Soft malty grassy aroma and flavor. A moderate hop character. Well balanced and not unpleasant.

The bottle looks good, the beer in the glass also. Tastes dry and strong, not as spicy as exspected. Finish a bit metallically. Average!

Bottle (under the licence of MoritzF): Clear golden, thin, lasting foamy layer; malty/grainy, dusty and a bit alcoholic nose; sweetish (malty) flavour with a shy bitterness; medium bodied; sweet and malty finish with some bitterness coming through the backdoor, just a little bit metallic. A drinkable Helles, but not really tasty............
