Our original keeved cider, made by us since 2010.

Fresh bittersweet cider apples are partially fermented to produce a naturally medium cider without sweetening or pasteurisation.

Wild yeasts, cold cellars and the low nutrient orchards of Pilton are all key elements in the process. Light and refreshing, it is best served chilled, as an aperitif or with food.

Bottle (5.0% ABV). Clear golden/orange body with a thin white head. Low carbonation. Patchy lacing. Aroma of crisp apple and pear. Flavour of mineral water and sweet apple. Thin body with a watery texture. Soft carbonation. This is amazing. There’s no harshness or sharpness to this at all.

Bottle sourced from sourced market. A clear golden deep orange coloured pour with a fading fizz. Aroma is nice sweet condensed apple, caramel, brown sugars. Flavour is composed of medium sweet golden apples, sticky apple juice, light tang and fizz in the finish.. Palate is nice rounded, highish carbonation, semi dry in the finish. Very nice.

On tap at Schilling - PDX, pours a clear pale golden blonde, no head. Aroma brings out gentle funk, rustic notes and sweet apples. Flavour is full of rustic notes, gentle funk, and champagne-like effervescence. Rustic and crisp. Good stuff.
